We are a small, friendly multi-doctor GP practice located in Australind, near Bunbury and we are seeking an enthusiastic and preferably experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in a full time role. In addition to covering some morning and afternoon weekday sessions, the candidate must also be open to working any hours that are needed including the flexibility to cover both annual and sick leave.

A day at our practice would include: -

*Providing a professional and friendly welcome to our patients

* Managing incoming calls

* Scheduling appointments and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic

*Scanning and filing

*Processing payments

*General Administrative duties

* Experience in a medical environment and with usage of the Best Practice software will have an advantage
