About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-time/ Casual/ Full-time Medical Receptionist/Admin/Nurse to join our team at the Medical Skin and Laser clinic in Kalamunda, and East Fremantle, WA. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative duties, and assisting our medical professionals as needed. Travel to work between both clinics is essential.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing the front office operations

Handling patient inquiries, booking consultations, and facilitating the smooth running of the clinic

Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records

Assisting the nurse and/or medical professionals with various clinical tasks, as required

Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Proficiency in data entry, scheduling, and general office tasks

Basic medical knowledge or nursing experience is highly desirable

Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

A friendly, professional, and adaptable personality
