The Role:
At Holy Cross Services, we are seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team full-time at our Banyo location, north of Brisbane. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the confidence to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the business.
This is an opportunity to support the CEO and their direct reports in providing high-level executive, administrative, and operational project support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and confidential administration support to the CEO.
Managing the CEO’s email, calendar, and appointments through negotiation and scheduling.
Prepare correspondence, collate reports, including meeting agendas, minutes, and submissions.
Coordinate, prepare, and disseminate relevant material and corporate communication.
Organising and coordinating travel arrangements, organisation events and celebrations.
Provide professional support to the Holy Cross Services Board, including agenda preparation, distribution of papers, and writing of minutes.
Organise and coordinate stakeholder meetings and project groups.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of the monthly HCS Newsletter and social media material.
About you:
· A relevant qualification in business or project management would be highly regarded.
· Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative support role within a senior corporate environment.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay one step ahead.
· High level of discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident in building relationships across senior leadership and external stakeholders.
· Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
