We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Operations Manager to join a dynamic Real Estate agency based in the Northern Suburbs.

Role Overview:

As the Sales Team Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the sales operations and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the sales administration team, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take a step up from a Sales Administration or Sales Associate role and the key tasks and responsibilities include;

• Handling the agent’s day to day operations and providing administration support
• Sales contract processing, listing setup, and settlement coordination
• Buyer follow-up and high-touch communication with clients
• Preparing marketing materials, appraisal kits, and prospecting letters
• Running social media pages
• Managing the sales database (Rex, PropertyMe preferred but not essential)
• Attending week day open homes, property inspections, and photoshoots
• Coordinating diary appointments and client meetings
• Handling web listings and updates to the company website
• Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Real Estate or Property administration
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• A driver’s licence and reliable car
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills
• Confidence working both independently and in a team
• Desire to grow your real estate knowledge and career pathway
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine love for the industry
