We are looking for a focused and experienced Administration Manager to manage the administrative aspects of our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the departments administrative functions, including maintaining records and documentation, web enquiries, inbox distribution, third party communications and stocktakes

Supervise and train administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure the smooth running of the office

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and providing excellent customer service

Invoice reconciliation from external suppliers

Creation and distribution of department templates and procedures

Renewal of Insurances

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative management or office management role, experience within the transport or logistics industry is highly regarded,

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
