About the role

Cuchi Window Coverings Specialists' is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration / Showroom representative to join their team in Bulimba, QLD. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative duties, and supporting the company's curtain, blind, and shutter showroom operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, answering inquiries, and providing product information

Liaising with clients throughout the sales process

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer orders

Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks

Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role, preferably within the home furnishings or retail industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software systems

A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
