As we grow, various positions are becoming available in our kitchens at Kirra Beach House, Kost Bar & Grill and Crafty's Sport Bar. With a huge focus on our people and a positive culture, these roles are suitable for career minded chefs that want to work in great kitchen environments.

We are looking for Strong and Passionate Chefs to join our kitchen teams in the roles of Head Chef, Sous Chef and Pizza Chef. The successful candidates MUST have a passion for hospitality, highly organised, be a team player and be able to bring a positive attitude.

Pre-requisites for the roles -

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with a strong focus on delivering consistently high standards through every service

Highly organised and can plan and execute services

Resilient, quick thinking & pro active

Part of a large team that has a strong focus on positivity and balance in the workplace

The ability to work quickly, cleanly and efficiently

Strong understanding of OH&S

Able to give direction and guidance to junior staff effectively

Knowledge of financials & budgets
