ABOUT THE ROLES

Head Chef

Lead daily kitchen operations and manage a dedicated team

Oversee menu execution, ordering, rostering, and food safety compliance

Work closely with management to uphold high standards and profitability

Chefs

Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment

Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen

Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen

Passion for quality, fresh ingredients, and consistency

Strong communication and time management skills

Reliable, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Full Australian working rights
