With projects ranging up to $50 million, we’re seeking a skilled Estimator with 8+ years’ experience to play a key role in securing and shaping major public and institutional works.

The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll lead the preparation of competitive and accurate tenders on complex D&C and construct-only projects. Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams, you’ll play a critical role in identifying project risks, developing strategies, and ensuring successful project acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the full tender process from initial enquiry to final submission
• Prepare accurate BOQs, scope breakdowns, and subcontractor packages
• Liaise with key stakeholders including consultants, authorities, and clients
• Assess trade coverage and drive competitive pricing strategies
• Contribute to risk analysis and design development during ECI phases

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years estimating experience, ideally with a Tier 2 or upper Tier 3 commercial builder
• Proven background on social infrastructure projects ($20m–$40m+)
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, cost planning, and subcontractor markets
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced pre-construction environment
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
