As a Junior or Graduate Estimator, you will work alongside our experienced estimators and project teams to help price and plan projects that stand out amongst the competition. You will learn on the job, with real support and mentoring as you build your skills in estimating and construction processes.

Your Day Might Include:

- Assisting in preparing cost estimates and take-offs for residential builds, renovations and fit outs.

- Learning to use Wunderbuild, Bluebeam, XXX, XXX to prepare order BOQs, orders and variations.

- Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to gather quotations and pricing

- Supporting site teams to resolve estimating queries

- Help to make sure our estimates are accurate and competitive

- Support senior estimator for the preparation of tender and budget submissions by compiling information, preparing documentation

- Support senior estimator for the preparation of tender VM options

- Help senior estimator build and update rates library

- Assist in preparing the budgeting handover to the project management team

What we’re looking for:

- Recent graduate or student in Construction Management, Building or related field.

- Strong communication skills and the attitude to work collaboratively. You enjoy working with other people and learning from each other.

- Competent skills in using MS Word and MS Excel

- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems creatively.

- Right to work in Australia
