PLASTER ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!!

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a senior estimator to support our Melbourne based operation to ensure the preparation and timely delivery of accurate estimate costs for tenders and/or pre-contract documentation that secures a profitable outcome in awarded contracts.

Qualifications

• Experienced estimator with a proven track record of securing successful tender submissions.
• Previous exposure to plaster in construction industry essential.
• Advanced quantity surveying and estimating skills.
• Demonstrated mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of contract agreements within the construction industry.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain client delivery programs.
• Proficient in estimating software such as Planswift with the ability to adapt to new technology.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Adept at performing take-offs, reviewing scopes, and assembling tender submissions.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer contact, communication, and presentation skills.
