Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties

Handle tenant and landlord communications professionally

Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and inspections

Prepare and manage lease agreements and documentation

Maintain property records, compliance registers and trust accounting (if applicable)

Assist with accounts receivable/payable and rent collection

General office and administrative support

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (optional)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to work independently and within a team

Attention to detail and commitment to client service
