We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of three well-positioned office sites, each ranging from 4,000m² to 10,000m², and take client relationships and asset performance to the next level.

The Role

This is a true end-to-end commercial property management role focusing on quality tenant relationships, strong financial management, and proactive building operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of three high-quality commercial office assets in Parramatta and the Sydney CBD.
• Maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships through open, consistent communication
• Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and lease compliance
• Preparing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting
• Coordinating alongside the Facilities Manager, building maintenance, compliance, and OH&S requirements
• Engaging directly with the client's asset manager and providing recommendations to enhance performance and rate of return.
• Ensuring presentation and performance standards are consistently met

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management (office preferred)
• Solid knowledge of lease structures, building operations, and compliance
• Strong financial literacy and reporting experience
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with professionalism and energy
• A current Agent's Rep Certificate or Real Estate Licence
