About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial assets, foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensure optimal performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across all properties under your care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties

Conduct outgoing reconciliations and ensure financial obligations are met

Prepare monthly reporting packs, assist with budgeting and forecasting

Administer leases, including rent reviews, renewals, and ongoing compliance tracking

Coordinate and oversee building and facilities management to ensure smooth operations i.e AFSS, defect management.

Manage contractors for all repairs, routine maintenance, and capital works

Ensure all essential services remain fully operational and meet regulatory standards

Oversee outgoing reconciliations and conduct financial variance reviews

Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to optimise asset performance and satisfaction

About You

Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of lease administration and asset performance

High attention to detail, with excellent administrative and organisational capabilities

Solid financial acumen, including experience conducting outgoing reconciliations and managing budgets

Strong background in facilities management, with demonstrated experience in contractor coordination and compliance oversight

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g. Cirrus8, Microsoft excel), with a proactive attitude toward learning new system

Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
