About Us

Our innovative self-managed super fund (SMSF) accounting firm helps clients navigate the complexities of SMSF without providing personal financial advice. We're fully digital—no paper or legacy systems—and use an integrated communication platform for email, live chat, and text to deliver seamless support.

With a surge in new clients, we're expanding our team. Join our new business team and help onboard new SMSF customers.

The Role

Support new SMSF clients through onboarding and queries, handle inbound sales calls and live chats, and respond to customer email enquiries promptly. You'll handle sensitive data with care and collaborate to bridge service gaps.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client queries via phone, email and chat on SMSF setup, compliance, and ATO guidelines.

Guide onboarding, including document checks and customer portal support.

Encourage self-service tools to cut call volumes while educating clients.

Ensure a smooth transition from the onboarding team to our accounting team.

Uphold Privacy Act 1988 standards for confidential information.

Essential Requirements

2-3 years in Australian financial services or accounting, preferably superannuation, banking, finance, cryptocurrency or wealth management (retail/non-financial services experience alone not considered - this is not a customer service position).

Knowledge of what is/isn't financial advice.

Knowledge of SMSF, superannuation and investments, especially property or cryptocurrency, is highly valued.

Skilled in digital tools like CRMs, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex concepts.

Able to pass a police check for handling sensitive data.

Proactive, client-focused, with a history of efficient query resolution.
