The Role

You will be responsible for daily administration duties including;

Liaising with partnered Repairers & Insurers

Answering incoming phone calls & making outbound calls

Actioning, and responding to emails

Special projects and ad hoc duties as required

Scheduling appointments for your local on-road ADAS Technicians and ensuring we deliver the highest standards of customer service standards and technical support

Conversion of quotes to work orders

Processing daily invoices

You will maintain strong relationships with local repairers, insurance partners, and other industry bodies as well as internal stakeholders within the group.

What we expect

Prior experience within a dealership/ motor vehicle body repair centre or insurer advantageous.

Ability to complete administration / paperwork in a comprehensive and accurate manner.

Competency to work independently.

Can do, positive attitude. Self-motivating and flexible, capability to see bigger picture and take ownership until issues are resolved.

Focused on providing exceptional customer service delivery, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
