About the Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Support Specialist to join the team, reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor.

The main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Customer service and general administration

Proactively updating customers on service work and enquiries

Daily invoicing

Raising of purchase orders & work orders

Data entry

Managing shared email inbox

Inbound & outbound phone calls

Other duties may include:

High Level Work Order Management including Scheduling Work Orders to Field Technician

Managing customer SLA’s & compliance

About You

Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident

Enjoys working in a team environment

Able to work between hours of 7am-5.30pm on a rotating shift roster

Experienced working with MS Office - Excel

Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems (preferred but not essential)

A customer centric focus

Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.

Familiarity with KPI targets
