About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead site-based mechanical works on water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring project delivery, site safety, and technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning
• Coordinate site crews, contractors, and engineers
• Monitor construction progress and report on milestones
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, site audits, and maintain safety culture

About You

• Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in water/wastewater projects
• Mechanical trade qualification or relevant engineering background
• Strong understanding of pumps, pipelines, and treatment plant systems
• Leadership, communication, and WHS compliance skills
• Ability to work across various Australian project sites
• Valid driver’s licence
