Mechanical Supervisor – Solar Farm & BESS Projects

Initial project in NSW on the boarder of Victoria, with future work across Vic, NSW and QLD. We are Ideally looking for someone to local or open to a dido roster.

Aurex has partnered established renewable energy owner-operator is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their in-house delivery team. With several utility-scale solar projects in the pipeline, this is a long-term opportunity to work directly for the asset owner and contribute to the construction and delivery of major solar farms across eastern Australia.

This role will commence with a major project in NSW/Victoria. Relocation assistance is provided, and ongoing project opportunities will follow in NSW and QLD.

• Competitive salary package of $140K–$160K + superannuation + bonus incentives ( Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical construction activities including mounting structures, trackers, and module installation
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Coordinate with internal engineers, project managers, and HSE teams
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications and industry standards

About You:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on utility-scale solar or comparable infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills
• Willingness to relocate for the initial project in Victoria
• Flexible to travel for future projects across multiple states
• Focused on safety, quality, and long-term project outcomes
