Our client is a respected mid-sized agency with multiple offices servicing the whole Wollongong region down to Shellharbour. THE DETAILS.

You’ll be managing a clean, well-kept portfolio of 120 properties with a dedicated Leasing Consultant. They focus on offering high-quality support to landlords and tenants.

• Portfolio of 120 currently but may grow to no more than 150 using PropertyMe
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and high service standards.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns.
• Deliver accurate reports to landlords in a timely manner.
• Manage a Leasing Consultant
• Resolve issues ideally before NCAT

THE PERKS.

• Portfolio location can be adjusted around where you are based – could be either Thirroul/North Wollongong area or a portfolio south of the CBD down to Shellharbour.
• Team to support you — if you have leave or holidays, your emails won't be left to fill up while you're away!
• Ongoing training and mentorship provided by experienced leadership & department head
• Ability to work out of the office location which is closest to your home
• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

THE PERSON.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management / ability to manage a portfolio end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
