Concentis has been growing steadily for the last 16 years, and we’re now looking to bring someone onboard to manage and enhance our brand presence even further!
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Concentis' brand presence across social platforms, creative materials, and communications to support the delivery of our strategic vision. This role supports the company's growth by ensuring cohesive branding, engaging content, and effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
In this newly created role, you will report to the Operational Excellence Lead, and work closely with our internal team including recruitment consultants & contractor engagement specialist to deliver on projects, daily social media management and everything that supports our strategic goals. Although this is a new position within our team, you won’t be starting from scratch – you'll have the support of our fabulous external marketing agency, and an existing brand strategy, plus a manager who will make sure you have the tools and support to succeed!
We understand that this role requires someone who isn’t just a marketing coordinator but also a graphic designer, copywriter, and brand visionary rolled into one. That is why this role is perfect for someone who either enjoys putting all the pieces together or who hasn’t decided which path they want to take yet and wants to try a little bit of everything.

Responsibilities:
- Act as our brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external communications, materials and outputs align with our brand vision & business goals.
- Design, create, and maintain marketing assets, social media graphics, documents and collateral, and promotional materials.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage our company LinkedIn and Facebook pages, as well as our company website, ensuring content is relevant, up to date, and SEO-optimised.
- Lead & deliver important projects across the business in collaboration with our team & marketing agency. This could include talent attraction campaigns, launching video content, website upgrades & “Insert your bright ideas here”.
- Continuously look for ways to elevate our brand image, the content we produce, and the way we do things.
About You:
- Understanding of branding and marketing theories, strategies, best practice and platform optimisation for marketing services to a professional audience (including LinkedIn, website SEO, email marketing).
- Familiarity with social media platforms & analytics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or scheduling/automation platforms).
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills, with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- High level of technical proficiency, with the ability to harness marketing systems and tools effectively, or an eagerness to learn and have a go (e.g., ATS, ROI-AI, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong team player with the ability to work with others to achieve shared goals and collaborate on innovative solutions.
- Willingness to learn & not afraid to give something a go, ask for help and feedback, and strive to get better every day.
