About the Role

Soak Bathhouse is growing, and so is our to-do list. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our small (but mighty) team for a minimum of 18 hours a week to help us bring more moments of bliss, to more people, more often.

You’ll be the right-hand human to our Marketing Manager, helping keep events, campaigns, and community initiatives running smoothly. If you’re organised, proactive, love a good list, and get a weird sense of joy from ticking off tasks, this role is calling your name.

Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (WFH)
Hours: Part Time 18 Hours Per Week

🌿 What You'll Be Doing

CRM & Digital Coordination:

Building and scheduling marketing emails in our CRM (Zenoti).

Configuring new products, services, and events with accurate details and timelines.

Creating and managing promotional and discount codes, and tracking their performance.

Supporting end-to-end setup of digital campaigns: audience segmentation, content uploads, testing, and deployment.

Monitoring CRM data integrity and assisting with routine clean-up.

Reporting on campaign performance and supporting continuous improvement.

Community & Campaign Support:

Coordinating monthly community events and activations: sourcing local partners, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.

Liaising with bathhouse teams to ensure event details are live, bookings are blocked, and everything’s aligned in Zenoti.

Managing influencer and VIP bookings from initial outreach through to post-soak follow-up.

Handling Soak Giving and Local Area Marketing (LAM) requests: tracking, responding, actioning and reporting on results.

Supporting outbound activity such as radio promotions, gift card fulfilment, influencer coordination, and media engagement.

Organising campaign collateral: from printing to distribution across teams and locations.

Providing admin and reporting support to keep campaigns on track and stakeholders informed.

✅ What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, CRM, or admin role.

Comfortable with CRM systems (Zenoti experience is a big plus!).

Familiarity with email platforms and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).

Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and timelines.

A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
