Senior Network Engineer

Overview:
A growing MSP are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of secure network solutions across enterprise and telco environments. This hands-on role focuses on network and infrastructure security, including firewalls, DDOS, NDR, EDR, proxies, and more, working across a range of technologies and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure network solutions across client environments
• Lead infrastructure assessments and produce technical design documentation
• Provide expert input on security technologies
• Oversee solution implementation, performance tuning, and documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best-practice frameworks
• Engage with stakeholders and support presales activities where needed

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in network design (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls)
• Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backup
• Proficient in network protocols (IPSec, DNS, VPN) and enterprise security standards
• Hands-on with authentication systems and backup/DR solutions
