You’ve built a solid foundation in your data career. You’ve worked with Databricks, delivered insights in Power BI, and built up your SQL skills. Now you're ready to go to the next level, into a role where you’ll lead more technical work, be supported to learn new tools, and mentored into a future senior position.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst position. Expect to write code, design pipelines, build reusable assets, and contribute directly to how data is modelled, automated, and activated across the business.

Work across Azure Databricks, Power BI, and SQL, with opportunities to gain exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate, and AI tooling such as Copilot Studio.

You’ll do this by:

• Designing and maintaining analytical datasets and reports that support smarter business decisions.
• Enhancing the company’s data platform and AI assets in support of automation and innovation.
• Collaborating with a team of capable IT professionals, transformation leads, and vendors.
• Learning new technologies and practices through structured onboarding and day-to-day mentoring.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data engineering, analytics, or data platform role.
• Practical experience working with Databricks and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continually improve and expand your skill set; and
• Exposure to Python, Power Platform, or automation tools highly regarded but not essential.
