Purpose:
To contribute to the People & Culture teams strategic and operational objectives providing both specialist advice and operational delivery of human resource related services.

- Performance Management
- Human resources policies
- Business system modules and records
- Employment data
- Continual improvement
- Engagement strategies and initiatives

Details and Benefits:
- Position based in Roma, Qld
- Full-time, Fixed-Term Position until March 2026
- Maranoa Regional Council Certified Agreement 2023 - Stream A - Level 7-8
- Maranoa Locality Allowance - $72.00 per fortnight
