A leading national allied health business is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join its growing People & Culture team. With a network of over 400 clinics across Australia and a strong focus on innovation, performance, and people, this organisation is at an exciting stage of transformation and growth.

This newly created role will support one of two core portfolios – Physiotherapy or Hand Therapy – each with its own unique stakeholder set and operational footprint across Australia, this is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact in a fast-paced, multi-site health environment.

The Opportunity

As People & Culture Business Partner you'll work closely with operational leaders and the broader People team to deliver pragmatic, commercial, and people-focused support across an allocated portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with regional and national leaders across a network of clinics
  • Providing expert advice on awards, employment contracts, and ER matters
  • Supporting change management initiatives and organisational design
  • Contributing to M&A integration, including due diligence and contract reviews
  • Managing proactive casework and stakeholder engagement via a national ticketing system
  • Building relationships across diverse clinical environments with a focus on trust and practical outcomes

This is a varied role with scope to influence, shape, and improve how people processes are delivered as the business continues to scale.

The Ideal Candidate

The business is open to candidates at both early career and experienced BP levels. The successful applicant will be someone who brings strong relationship-building skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Key capabilities include:

  • Experience supporting multi-site or frontline teams (e.g. health, retail, M&A, or services)
  • Sound knowledge of Awards
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels
  • Analytical mindset with confidence reviewing contracts and interpreting employment conditions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by growth, improvement, and continuous learning
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Additional Details

  • Location: Based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane (short walk from train station, close to Gasworks)
  • Onsite Requirement: 5 days/week (flexibility to work from a clinic near home when appropriate after onboarding)
  • Travel: Infrequent travel to clinics (QLD, NSW, VIC) may be required
  • Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
