Your Impact:

As a People Support Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle—providing clear, pragmatic and human-centred support on matters including employee relations, performance, engagement, and retention. You'll coach and empower leaders to navigate complex situations with confidence, always keeping our people at the heart of what you do.

Working as part of a national team, you'll contribute to a positive, inclusive culture and help shape amazing experiences for every Goodstarter. Your ability to simplify complexity, build trust, and drive outcomes will directly influence our workplace culture and the everyday experiences of our teams.

You'll bring to the table:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the centre of what you do
• Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements
• Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment
• Broad generalist experience across all elements of the employee lifecycle
• Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing in
