Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to meet project demands.

Uphold high standards of workmanship, finish, and compliance across all tasks.

Track project progress and communicate updates to the Site or Project Manager.

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, SWMS, and OH&S protocols.

Communicate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.

Lead site inductions, toolbox meetings, and support a proactive safety culture.

Support site set-out, take measurements, and resolve construction challenges as they arise.

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings with accuracy.

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand position.

Trade qualified, ideally with a strong background in carpentry.

Demonstrated experience delivering high-end custom homes or architecturally designed residential projects.

Solid understanding of construction sequencing and a strong eye for quality.

Natural leader who leads by example and inspires those around them.

Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented on site.

Strong communication skills with a practical approach to problem-solving.

Possess a White Card and a current driver’s licence.
