Specialising in custom new builds, renovations, and extensions, this is an opportunity to take charge of projects on site and be part of a supportive, professional team with a strong pipeline of work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on site
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee the quality of workmanship across all stages of construction
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with client expectations
• Maintain and enforce site safety, SWMS, and OH&S standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as required
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings, and ensure safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand
• Carpentry trade background required
• Experience delivering high-quality custom homes, renovations or extensions
• Strong leadership with the ability to drive team performance and site outcomes
• White Card and valid driver’s licence required
