With a solid pipeline of upcoming and ongoing projects each characterised by intricate detailing, bespoke finishes, and high client expectations they are now seeking a capable and committed Site Manager to lead the delivery of custom homes valued up to $6M.

About the Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Site Manager to take full ownership of site delivery on high-spec residential builds. From site establishment through to final handover, you’ll be accountable for managing day-to-day operations, leading trade teams, upholding the builder’s exceptional quality standards, and representing the business with professionalism and pride on site.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed luxury homes

Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain program milestones

Enforce strict WHS compliance and uphold a clean, efficient, and safe site environment

Interpret and execute detailed construction drawings and design specifications

Liaise confidently with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants

Proactively resolve construction issues and maintain project momentum

Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and report to the Construction Manager

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on high-end custom homes

Strong understanding of architectural detailing and luxury build methodologies

Outstanding communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage teams

Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for delivering premium finishes

Confident dealing with high-end clients and design professionals

Ability to navigate and deliver complex builds with minimal supervision

Must be willing to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
