About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of multi-unit projects. You will be responsible for the full coordination of site activities, from structure through to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and program targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for townhouse construction
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Maintain construction timelines and deliver projects on schedule
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are upheld
• Collaborate with internal teams including Project Managers and Construction Coordinators
• Keep accurate site records and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
• Strong understanding of residential building processes and trade coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
• White Card, current driver’s licence, and relevant qualifications
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail
