About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Innovative Talent Group as a Recruitment & Real Estate Content Marketing Specialist. In this casual role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content to support the company's recruitment nationwide. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the business through your creative and strategic approach to content marketing.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing an effective content marketing strategy to attract top talent and promote the company's real estate services

Creating a variety of content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics

Optimising content for search engine visibility and engagement

Monitoring and analysing content performance to continually improve and refine your approach

Collaborating with the recruitment and real estate teams to understand their needs and align content to their objectives

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing

What we're looking for

Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the recruitment or real estate industries

Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content

Excellent understanding of search engine optimisation and social media marketing including Active campaign, Word Press, Adobe etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on content initiatives

Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
