mrkd is a growing social media marketing agency working with start-ups, scale-ups, and established brands in construction and wellness (the best of the best in their industries). We turn raw brand potential into scroll-stopping content, engaging videos, and thriving communities, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us do just that!

You’ll manage a selection of client accounts: planning content, creating assets, capturing stories (both written and video), and building communities people want to follow. This role is hands-on, creative, and requires a switched-on marketer with video editing and graphic design skills to craft compelling visuals that elevate our clients' brands.

The role:

Managing client social media accounts end-to-end

Curating content plans and creating content (reels, stories, graphics)

Writing all captions and copy in the brand tone of voice

Engaging with communities (DMs, comments, etc.)

Scheduling and posting content

Briefing editors and videographers

Communicating with clients and coming up with creative ideas

Tracking performance and making data-informed decisions

You'll fit right in if you have:

3+ years in social or content (agency or brand side)

Strong content skills: visual, written, and creative

Knows what performs and how to make it

Confident using Canva, Capcut (Adobe is a bonus)

Great communicator and collaborator

Self-starter with an eye for detail and quality

Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Strong problem-solving skills with an "I'll make it work" attitude

The role will require you to post some content in the early evenings.

You'll have the opportunity to work with senior marketers.
