About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to support our Lead Bookkeeper across our group of companies. You'll be exposed to a wide variety of accounting tasks and learn how the financial side of a business really works within the healthcare space.

This role is perfect for someone early in their accounting career or currently studying towards an accounting qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities

Accounts payable & receivable data entry

Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards

Support with payroll processing

Follow up on outstanding invoices

Assist in monthly reporting and cash flow tracking

Organise and upload supporting documentation into Xero

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as needed

General admin and ad hoc finance support

About You:

Some prior experience or study in accounting, bookkeeping or business

Familiarity with Xero is a bonus

Excellent attention to detail

Eager to learn, proactive, and reliable

Strong communication skills

Team player with a can-do attitude
