Kickstart your finance career in a hands-on role that blends learning, ownership, and growth. We're looking for an energetic and reliable Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Team at Mister Minit Support Office in Riverwood. You'll be part of a close-knit Team that values accuracy, teamwork, and a bit of Friday fun.

About the Role

This is a full-time junior all-rounder position with strong exposure across multiple areas of finance. You'll spend most of your time (around 70%) completing bank and rent reconciliations across our network of 370+ stores, helping ensure accurate payments and flagging any discrepancies.

You'll also:

• Follow up with landlords to resolve rent issues promptly
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice processing
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Prepare and distribute monthly finance reports
• Use Excel and accounting systems to maintain accuracy

What You'll Bring

You'll stand out if you have:

• 1-2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or accounts admin (AP/AR ideal)
• Intermediate Excel (formulas, logic)
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-focused
• Strong communicator with a curious mindset
