Within this role you will actively promote Thredbo Alpine Hotel, on a local and national level by continuing to secure new business and retain existing accounts, while maximising revenue growth and capitalising on every opportunity. In addition, in this role you will be responsible for the relevant action plans to deliver on the division’s three strategic pillars: Grow revenue above market, maximise asset performance and Business Transformation and Elevate programmes including people, community and environment.

About the Role
- Lead and execute the Thredbo Alpine Hotel sales strategy to grow revenue and visibility, focusing on both new business and maintaining existing.
- Set and track ambitious sales targets and use market insights to uncover new opportunities.
- Run targeted sales campaigns tailored to various customer segments to maximise new bookings and growing revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with key travel industry partners and corporate clients.
- Ensure smooth sales processes, accurate CRM data, and regular reporting.
- Work with Operations to ensure the highest Customer Experience (CX) levels, starting with the sales interaction.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the hotels or related service industry
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including detailed knowledge of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitor activities. As well as, familiar with global travel trends and their impact on local markets.
- Proficient in the design and execution of sales strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in managing customer data, enhancing customer engagement, and tracking sales team performance.
