Due to continued growth of the Mandala Hotels and Resorts, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a collection of motels and hotels located throughout regional Australia. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality brand, working remotely while making a tangible impact across multiple properties.

About the Role:
As Portfolio Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and be responsible for the operational and strategic performance of properties within your portfolio. This includes active involvement in asset management, onboarding of new acquisitions, people leadership, and ensuring the success of each site under your guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple hotels and motels

Provide hands-on support and mentorship to on-site managers and teams

Monitor and review property budgets, performance, and compliance

Lead HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Assist in the integration of newly acquired properties into the Mandala portfolio

Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency

Utilise tools such as monday.com and Citation HR to manage tasks and compliance

About You:

Proven experience in multi-site hotel or hospitality management

Strong understanding of hotel operations, HR processes, and asset performance

A confident leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities remotely

Willingness to travel regularly across regional locations

Proficiency in reporting, budgeting, and using digital workflow platforms
