We are seeking a construction Estimator to join our team in Burswood.

As an estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis to support our bidding and tendering processes. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

Responsibilities

· Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, including materials, labour, equipment and other related expenses.

· Collaborating with senior management, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information.

· Identifying potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities to optimise project budgets.

· Preparing comprehensive bid proposals and tender submissions.

· Providing ongoing cost monitoring and variance analysis during the construction phase.

· Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends, regulations and best practices.

What you’ll bring

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Estimator.

· Must have lead estimator experience on projects up to $10M.

· Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.

· Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, methods and industry standards.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proficient in the use of estimating software (Simpro knowledge is desirable, but not essential).

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Renumeration

$90,000 - $110,000K package depending on experience.
