About the role

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our boutique physiotherapy and Pilates clinics in Bondi Junction and Sydney CBD, NSW. This is a part time position, offering up to 32 hours per week across both locations. As the face of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic booking system

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories

Assisting with the processing of payments and patient accounts

Providing general administrative support to the physiotherapists and teams in our other locations

Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and organised

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, preferably in a Physiotherapy clinic, although not essential

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using various computer systems and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records

A friendly, positive and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality patient care
