Client Service/Reception Role – Paediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic, Edgecliff

Join our small, dedicated team at a Paediatric Occupational Therapy clinic in Edgecliff! We’re seeking a friendly, organised Client Service/Receptionist with modest experience to support our clients and therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client bookings and coordinate appointments using Halaxy practice software

Handle inbound referrals and client enquiries (phone/email)

Assist with invoicing and payment queries, supported by our bookkeeper

Greet clients warmly at the clinic

Prepare basic reports on business performance using Excel and Word

Help manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)

Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp and creating QR codes for marketing content

Updating policy and procedure manuals and keeping up to date with NDIS, Medicare and other industry bodies

Maintaining a clean and functional clinic space

Requirements:

Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills

Strong IT skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and G-Suite

Open to new technologies and being proactive about using these to improve business processes

Experience in administrative roles
