The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and polished Personal Assistant / Admin Support & Receptionist to join our close-knit and high-performing team. In this role, you will primarily support the Managing Partner and COO, while also providing front-of-house reception coverage.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual in the early stages of their career who is eager to grow within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Team Support
Manage the Managing Partner’s emails and calendar. This includes drafting responses and gate keeping unnecessary communication.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation
Provide administrative support for the Managing Parner and the COO
Reception & Office Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome
Answer and direct calls, manage incoming mail and deliveries
Assist with general office operations supporting the Office Manager
Maintain meeting rooms and communal spaces to a high standard
About You
Previous experience as a Personal/Team Assistant
Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Confident, polished, and professional presentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in financial services or professional services (desirable but not essential)
