About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support our CEO and executive team. This varied role spans personal assistance, marketing coordination, general administration, and project support. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a natural multitasker, and bring energy to both organisational and marketing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and meeting preparation

Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups

Assist with sales calls, proposals, and confidential matters

Oversee day-to-day office operations and supplies

Support HR with onboarding and IT setup for new hires

Plan internal events, socials, and team celebrations

Serve as the internal point of contact for marketing activities, liaising with our external marketing agency

Track marketing deliverables and deadlines; organise events and handle logistics

Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, ideally as a PA, or in marketing, admin, or project coordination.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Productive, HubSpot and marketing platforms like Klaviyo.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain high accuracy.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

Creative Thinker: Someone who enjoys contributing to marketing initiatives and has an eye for detail.

Proactive & Self-Motivated: Can anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and work independently.

E-Commerce Experience: would be amazing.
