About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at the Livingston GPs in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This part-time role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and practice management.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

Managing patient records, data, and confidentiality in accordance with privacy laws

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction

Liaising with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain excellent working relationships

Overseeing the practice's financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting

Leading and motivating the administrative team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical practice management role or similar healthcare administration position

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with patients, staff, and external partners

Proficient in the use of practice management software (Best Practice) and other relevant IT systems

Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement

Highly organised, with the capacity to multitask and priorities effectively
