About the role

Como Medical Clinic is seeking a part-time Senior General Practice Receptionist/Office Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team in Como WA. As the first point of contact for our patients, this role is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, both in person and on the phone

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient workflow

Maintaining accurate patient records and upholding strict confidentiality

Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks as required

Providing general information and guidance to patients about the clinic's services

Assisting the clinical team as needed to support the overall operations of the practice

Assiting the Practice Manager with rostering, debtor and accounts management and as resource for the reception team

What we're looking for

Previous experience within a General Practice setting or similar

Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software

A genuine interest in providing high-quality care and supporting the healthcare needs of the local community
