About the Company:
A Bendigo-based boutique financial advisory firm that specialises in wealth management and business solutions for business owners and professionals, is seeking an administration officer / receptionist to join their team.
This is the ideal role for you if you come from a financial / professional services firm and enjoy working with a warm friendly team. You will be the first point of contact clients and also have ample opportunity for career progression.
The Role:
- Welcome clients and manage all incoming communications (phone, email, in-person).
- General administration support to the accounting and financial planning team
- Liaise with clients and providers on general matters
- Handle all reception duties and corporate secretarial management
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Support client onboarding and maintain workflow and CRM systems.
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting room bookings.
- Collect and distribute mail, maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have reception experience in financial / professional services
- Experience from an Accounting, financial planning, legal or mortgage broking firm is highly regarded
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
- MUST be an Australian Citizen to Apply
