- $66,014 per annum, plus superannuation
The Student Administration and Accounts Officer at South West TAFE delivers exceptional customer service by guiding students through enrolment, fee payment options, and financial support processes. This role manages student debt, refunds, and VET Student Loan systems, ensuring compliance with government policies. It also supports the Student Administration team through training, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a positive and efficient student experience.
The must haves
Mandatory requirements
- Certificate IV in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or relevant work experience, or lesser formal qualifications with significant relevant experience including demonstrated experience in an advisory capacity or in the provision of information
- Victorian Drivers Licence
- Employee Victorian Working with Children and satisfactory Police Check
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and relevant industry software and programs
Highly desirable requirements
- Experience working in an accounting setting or with financial accounts
- Customer service and administration experience
