We’re hiring a capable and detail-focused Sales & Service Support Coordinator to support our growing operations and help ensure a smooth experience for our clients. Lead Lists is an established Australian consumer data provider. We work with charities, not-for-profits, and government agencies to deliver compliant and high-performing data.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and across the team to coordinate admin, handle file delivery, manage client communications, and support the sales process from enquiry through to follow-up. This role is part admin, part coordination, and part client support. We’re looking for someone reliable who can stay across tasks and keep things moving without needing to be chased.
The Role
Part-time: 20 to 25 hours per week.
Remote or work from home.
Must be based in Australia.
Flexible hours.
4-week paid trial followed by a 12-month engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
Sending data files to clients and confirming delivery.
Customising Excel files for client needs using filters, formulas, and formatting.
Responding to new enquiries by phone and email.
Following up on proposals, agreements, and invoices.
Supporting clients with clear and timely communication.
Coordinating with internal sales and data teams.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You
Are confident on the phone and write clear, professional emails.
Have a strong working knowledge of Excel.
Are organised and enjoy managing admin and tracking follow-ups.
Pick up systems quickly and like solving problems.
Take ownership of your work and don’t need reminders.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
Experience in client service, sales support, or coordination roles.
Worked in a small business or startup environment.
Used tools like HubSpot.
Exposure to data, marketing, or list management.
