As Operations Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clinics to operate smoothly, remain compliant with healthcare regulations, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. You’ll support the existing Operations Coordinator.

What You’ll Be Doing:

System Management: Support the optimisation systems like Nookal and Tyro Health to enhance appointment scheduling, patient tracking, and claim processing.

Executive Liaison: Support the implementation and refinement of systems and processes that align with strategic goals.

Clinic Support: Provide direct support to clinic teams via ticketing systems, phone, and email. Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring seamless access to systems.

Compliance Oversight: Monitor adherence to government legislation, including NDIS, Medicare, and Aged Care standards. Conduct regular audits and support the implementation of necessary adjustments.

Stakeholder Assistance: Act as a key contact for stakeholders, offering guidance on compliance and operational queries.
