Thrive Wellness Hub was established in 2005 by Tracy & Simon Lynch and is a collective hub of allied health practitioners in Wickham. Each practitioner leases space from us and runs their own allied health business from our space. Thrive is a warm and welcoming space for members of our community who are seeking support from counsellors, psychologists, hypnotherapists, herbalists, EMDR therapists and other various allied health professionals.
FOCUS AREAS TASKS INVOLVED
Office/Premises
General housekeeping
Ensure office tech is working (printers, stereo, etc.)
Practitioners
Post Advertisement
Manage enquiries
Organise a time for inspection
Tenant agreements in place
Oversee the onboarding of new practitioners
Contractors
Manage the Halaxy booking system
Monitoring client payments
Communication (Practitioners and Clients)
Organising team meetings
Informally connect regularly with each practitioner
Answer all email, phone and website enquiries
Accounts
Invoicing and following up on invoice payments
Reconciling of accounts/expenses in Xero
Liaise with the Accountant as required
Marketing
Ensure the websites are kept up to date
Manage social media pages
Personal Assistance to Tracy Lynch
Invoice clients
Travel bookings
Send clients Zoom links for sessions
Organise training courses (venues, catering, bookings, slides, etc)
The systems/technology we currently use include:
Halaxy
Dropbox
Google Office
Xero
The ideal Office Manager will have:
Their own ABN and insurances
Experience in a similar workspace/industry
Exceptional communication skills with a wide variety of people of different ages and backgrounds
A welcoming manner as the first contact point of the business
Experience in basic accounting systems (ideally Xero)
A high level of maturity and confidentiality
An inclusive communication style
Strong spelling and grammar
The ability to manage multiple priorities
The working hours are approximately 25 hours per week.
Ideally, the hours are from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday. We are happy to be flexible with start and finish times to best accommodate the commitments of the right person.
The work location is: 9 Robert Street, Wickham, NSW
