Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and support
Data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations using MYOB
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with payroll processing
Maintaining filing systems and office supplies
Customer service – phone and email communication
Supporting management with administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with MYOB (Essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded
